Digital Goods Refund Policy Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once the digital presets or audio files have been delivered via email or download, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or cancellation.

By completing your purchase, you expressly agree that the performance of the contract begins immediately and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content is delivered.
